Hello there! 👋
I am a CS Ph.D. student, fortunately advised by Prof. Bryan S. Kim at Syracuse University. I completed my M.S. in Computer Science at University at Buffalo, where I worked on data transfer optimization for network behavior forecasting. I hold a B.Eng. in Computer Engineering from the erstwhile NSIT, then part of University of Delhi.
I also have 3+ years of Software & Platform Engineering experience. Following graduation, I joined the Chief Data Office at Nomura where I built systems handling ~10M trades daily with real-time processing. I was also involved in designing and maintaining Data & ML platforms in both microservice & monolithic architectures. In the past, I was a research assistant at The University of Texas at Dallas, spent two summers as a research intern at Illinois Institute of Technology, and a summer at Qatar Computing Research Institute.
I’m broadly interested in computer systems research, especially in storage systems, memory systems, operating systems, and computer architecture. I’m currently exploring memory and storage systems that bridge hardware capabilities with the software stacks that use them. Specifically focused on redesigning host–device interfaces.
